  • EXTRUPAC is a company engaged in the manufacturing, assembly, transformation, development, repair, commercialization, import, export, and storage of all types of goods, parts, and industrial components, including but not limited to all kinds of flexible packaging and any of their parts and components, machinery, equipment, raw materials, spare parts, accessories, and other similar or necessary items for such goods. In this regard, EXTRUPAC is committed to handling all personal data it receives with utmost confidentiality, by its internal policies and applicable legal provisions.

Visitors to the premises:

For individuals accessing EXTRUPAC facilities, video surveillance footage is collected for security reasons. Your image is necessary to develop a relationship with EXTRUPAC.

Clients and suppliers:

For clients and suppliers, the data collected includes name, email, tax information, Federal Taxpayer Registry number (RFC), address, proof of address, bank account information and/or bank statements, personal and/or commercial references, and payment guarantees, including promissory notes. This data is essential for developing the commercial relationship with EXTRUPAC.

Website visitors:

When accessing and browsing EXTRUPAC's website, you may contact us by submitting a message. The data you provide in this case includes your name, email address, and phone number. These data will only be used to respond to your inquiry or purchase request, and will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Please note that the website uses “cookies” to collect information about users’ browsing habits and site preferences. You may disable cookies directly in your browser. This data is not essential for the relationship with EXTRUPAC, but helps us provide a better user experience.

Additionally, data may be used for marketing, advertising, and client prospecting, which are non-essential purposes.

Clients:


Your data will be used for invoicing; verifying the accuracy of the information provided, especially for credit processing; fulfilling mutual obligations from the commercial relationship; and managing security and internal access control—these are all essential purposes for the relationship with EXTRUPAC.

Website users:


For users registered on the website, the data collected is used to respond to inquiries, provide proper follow-up, and ensure customer satisfaction with the purchase of products or services—these are essential purposes for the relationship with EXTRUPAC.

Data collected through cookies is used for marketing, advertising, and client prospecting purposes, which are not essential for the requested service.

MECHANISMS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS OR REVOKE CONSENT:


Where permitted by law, you may access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your data, either wholly or partially; revoke your previously granted consent; or object to the processing of your data for non-essential purposes unrelated to your relationship with EXTRUPAC.

Once completed and signed, submit the form along with a copy of your official ID and any relevant supporting documents to the Personal Data Protection Department at EXTRUPAC (see address in the first section), addressed to María Guadalupe Martínez. You may contact her for clarification or guidance regarding the procedure.

EXTRUPAC will respond within the legally established timeframes. If necessary, EXTRUPAC may request additional or clarified information to properly fulfill your request.

To comply with access obligations, the information will be made available in person or through simple copies, or via magnetic, optical, sound, visual, and/or holographic media.
